The designated swimming area is located 220 meters from the southern breakwater in Gdynia and covers a section of water extending 200 meters along the shoreline and 50 meters out to sea. Water quality tests at the bathing area during the 2025 season showed no microbiological exceedances. Bathing was prohibited three times due to the occurrence of cyanobacterial blooms. There is a possibility of cyanobacterial blooms occurring during the 2026 season. The waters at the bathing area were classified as excellent for the period 2022–2025.
